16th Annual Octoberfest Sales Drive

We will accept donated non-perishable items during the entire month of October. All non-perishable items can be brought to McCurley Integrity Toyota. Local donations will benefit Walla Walla Families through the Blue Mountain Action Council (BMAC).

These area dealerships have also set a $45,000 Food Bank donation goal for this month long annual Food Bank-Food Drive. All dollars raised will be the result of Automotive and Recreational RV sales during October. The money donated will be used to purchase the needed non-perishable food for the select area food banks at a substantial discount through Yoke’s Fresh Market.

During the month of October, customers shopping any Yoke’s Fresh Market store can also purchase a Octoberfest “Food-Drive Food-Bag” at either the Pasco, Kennewick and Richland stores. This donated “food bag” can be dropped in the Food Drive donation bin before leaving the store as these bags will be collected and delivered to the select area food banks at the end of the Food Drive.

Octoberfest Food-Bank Food-Drive tracking boards will be displayed throughout all the donation locations during the month of October showing the funds raised from this year’s automobile and RV sales by these participating dealerships. Last year’s Octoberfest Food-Bank Food-Drive brought the 15-year total of donated non-perishable food to 632,500 pounds of donations from the automotive dealerships, public donations, and area Yoke’s Market customer donations. Employees of the Automotive & RV stores along with Yoke’s Fresh Market and the Coca-Cola distributors of the Tri-Cities will deliver all the donated and purchased food to the area food banks in mid-November.
